Radio Amber is the first live broadcasting radio station in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It began its broadcasting on 1 September 2016. This radio on-airs its transmission on 102.4 MHz frequency (FM). It provides 24 hours live broadcasts in the Bengali language. Radio Amber is affiliated with Dhakacom Limited, provides internet access to the whole country. It presents only Bengali culture, promotes the Bengali language, and values.
The program content is based on information, news, entertainment, Heritage, Tourism, popular, and mixed Bengali songs. It presents its radio with the slogan of “EARNEST SUCCESSOR OF TIMELESS BANGLA MUSIC.” It targets only those people who can speak the Bangladeshi language from inside and outside of the country. People can reach it through the official website and send their feedback via social media, phone calls, and text messages.
