CBC Radio 90.5 FM Victoria is a broadcasting radio station airing live transmissions from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. In 1997, FM was licensed by the CRTC and was established in 1998. Canadian Broadcasting Corporation owned and operate the station. Its transmission reaches Vancouver Island, the Southern Gulf Islands, the Sunshine Coast, and parts of Washington north of Everett. The program format is News/Talk. The operational frequency is 90.5 MHz that runs on the FM band. It broadcast entertainment, information programs as well as the best local music. In addition, it streams live to caters to the worldwide audience on the internet.
