On November 13, 1990, FM received a broadcasting license from CTRC and started its services at 102.3 MHz frequency. Then, it changed frequency from 102.3 MHz to its current 95.5 MHz frequency on October 30, 1992. It plays adult contemporary, adult hits, classic hits songs, hits from the 80s, 90s, and now. FM also transmits programs such as news, information, weather, and traffic updates. Its broadcasting power is 23,000 watts on average and 35,000 watts at peak. It airs 24 hours transmission around the world on the internet through live transmission. The station is branded as “95.5 Hits FM.”
