Radio IFM 88.3 is a community broadcasting radio station from Port Elizabeth, South Africa. It gets its five years permanent broadcasting license in July 2011 after the effort by the 70 000 strong Muslim families of Port Elizabeth. The channel broadcasts its transmission 24 hours a day on 88.3 MHz frequency. The station inspired spiritually and motivated them by their programming content. It also informed listeners on political and social issues. It on-airs worldwide transmission via live streaming on the internet.

The station mainly caters to the Muslim community. It hosts daily interviews with political heavyweights like Presidential Spokesperson Mac Maharaj, Executive Mayor Danny Jordaan, and DA leader Helen Zille. FM also invites influential personalities such as Springbok coach Heyneke Meyer, Zola Budd, Danie Gerber, and Makhaya Ntini. It broadcast Children’s programs, youth domain, lectures from Mufti’s (learned scholars in Islam) for all listeners. The station also transmits live shows and pre-recorded shows and tries to bring newness to its content. It has a group of volunteer presenters that offers their services when they are available. FM also provides advertising services to promote their services and products.
