The first time, FM 106.9 went in the air in 1991. At that time, it was named Radio Konbit that reflects national separation by means of decentralization. In January 1998, this radio station got the name of Sans Souci FM. The slogan of the Cap-Haitien based station is “L’évasion totale.”
