Country 104.9 FM (CKVX-FM) is a radio station broadcasting with a country format. It serves west central Saskatchewan and has a license from Kindersley, Saskatchewan, Canada. In 2005, it first started transmitting. Golden West Broadcasting now owns the station. The radio station CKKS-FM in Chilliwack, British Columbia, held the CKVX call sign from 2000 until 2004. CKVX increased its power to 100,000 watts in August 2016. The station will primarily serve Kindersley and Rosetown, but the new signal covers most of west-central Saskatchewan. CKVX FM switched to a country format in September 2016. Its programming lineup includes news, information, entertainment, sports shows, and music.
