About Hope 103.2
The station commenced its broadcasting on 5 March 1979. Rev Vernon Turner found this station. It served as the first Christian radio station in Australia. Initially, it was known as 2CBA FM 103.2. The famously played tracks are James Last, Eric Jupp, Richard Clayderman, and Klaus Wunderlich. Besides this, the tracks belonging to the hit music genres of the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s were also played. Rev Vernon Turner is the founder of this station. The authorities renamed this station as WSFM along with its current slogan in 2002. In December, it switched its name to Heart 103.2 because of its tagline. Macquarie Regional Radio was disappointed in choosing their generic name, ‘Heart.’ Therefore, the authorities changed the name to Sydney’s 1032 in 2008. In December of the 2008, the authorities decided to choose the current name. This name became popular among the masses, along with appreciation.
