Radio DC 90.4 is a famous radio station of Kerala, India. Radio is the non-commercial community radio. Information and Broadcasting Ministry of India licensed the radio. Radio started it’s broadcasting on 6th January 2005. Radio DC is broadcasting in Thiruvananthapuram. FM is known as the first Community Radio station in Kerala. Radio DC operates within a radius of 15km. Radio DC targets the villages along the shoreline, Schools, Clubs and Women’s organizations. DC School of Management and Technology (DCSMAT) operates radio DC. Programs are broadcasted from the DC School Campus. With the support of Faculty, students of DCSMAT manages the radio. Working with the community students get a chance to know the peoples in their area and problems faced by them.

It also broadcasts about Current Affairs, Information technology and Folk Culture. The public and local community contribute to various programs. It gives knowledge and information to students about broadcasting techniques.

1) Nattipattukal: This show is based on cultural category programs. Surya S. presents the program. This show broadcasts a variety of cultural and folk songs. Broadcasting time of the show is 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM
2) Jillakaliloode: This show is based on Development programmes. Rj Ajit Ramachandran hosts the program. The show is complete information based on the Development techniques, problems and their remedies.
3) Vidyabhyasa Vedhi: This is an educational show. This show gives knowledge about Education, Culture and Social awareness. Variety of educational institutions from the area are invited on the show. RJ Surya S. Broadcasts the show. Broadcasting timing of the show is 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM.
