CKMN FM is a community radio station airing live broadcasting from Rimouski, Quebec City, Canada. This station changes with the times, having previously been CKLE-FM (1979 to 1987), CKMN-FM (1990 to 2021), and now FLO. CKMN FM 96.5 broadcasts on 96.5 MHz frequency on the FM stereo. Its goal is to provide community radio with entertaining features and dynamics for spreading information about local and regional authorities in all areas of activity. With an experimental learning framework and respect for ethics and radio journalism, it encourages public participation in its programming and its numerous domains of communication.
