Evolution 107.9 – CFML FM is a Canadian radio show broadcasting station, which is situated in Burnaby, British Columbia. It is a campus radio station at the Institute of Technology. Using the on-air brand name of Evolution 107.9, this station broadcasts the content according to the Adult Album Alternative. Therefore, listeners of every age can enjoy this radio station. About Evolution 107.9:

Historically stating, this station broadcasted its first show in January 1982 on the frequency of 659 kHz at AM dial and 104.5 MHz at FM cable. On October 26, 1984, the channel changed the frequency from 650 kHz to 940 kHz. On March 7, 2006, the management of this channel decided its on-air brand name and its relocation on the FM dial at the current frequency. Till March 4, 2013, the station continued with the AM dial.
