Historically stating, this station broadcasted its first show in January 1982 on the frequency of 659 kHz at AM dial and 104.5 MHz at FM cable. On October 26, 1984, the channel changed the frequency from 650 kHz to 940 kHz. On March 7, 2006, the management of this channel decided its on-air brand name and its relocation on the FM dial at the current frequency. Till March 4, 2013, the station continued with the AM dial.
