CFAK 88.3 FM

CFAK FM is a French-language radio channel broadcasting at 88.3 MHz in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. The channel is a Université de Sherbrooke’s campus radio station. Comité de la radio étudiante universitaire de Sherbrooke (CREUS) is the radio’s owner and received approval from CRTC on March 7, 2003. Its goals are to support new music, highlight local artists, and act as a launchpad and educational institution for radio enthusiasts. The University of Sherbrooke student body is its primary target. Still, it also serves as a musical resource for Greater Sherbrooke music fans who enjoy the variety of music only CFAK can provide.

The Palmarès CFAK is a weekly list of the albums its entertainment teams have played most frequently on the radio. Listen to the weekly CFAK charts for new music releases and fan favorites. Each CFAK radio session has over 80 presenters, columnists, collaborators, and volunteers from all faculties and professions. Also, roughly 40 programs per session, ranging from informational programming to current affairs and thematic programming. FM serves as a hub for news, entertainment, cultural influence for artists, student training and exchange, and information and discovery for the people of Sherbrooke.
